Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Rush Chat is the name of the website at rushchat.live (“the Site”, “we”, “us”). The Site is an independent, static information page that points adult visitors to a third-party AI companion service, GoLove AI, through an affiliate link.

Rush Chat is not affiliated with Rushchat.ai or any company operating under a similar name. Questions about this policy go to support@rushchat.live.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains what happens to information when you load pages on rushchat.live. It does not cover GoLove AI or any other site you reach after clicking a button here. Once you leave rushchat.live, the other site’s own privacy policy applies, and we have no control over it.

3. Data we do not collect

The Site has no accounts, no chat, no comment sections, no newsletter and no payment forms. We therefore do not ask for or store your name, email address, phone number, card details or the content of any AI conversation. Your chats with AI characters happen entirely on the partner platform.

4. Technical data collected automatically

Like almost every website, our hosting provider records basic technical information each time a page is requested:

• IP address and approximate location derived from it;
• browser type, operating system and device class;
• the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request;
• response codes and error messages.

We use these logs to keep the Site online, understand which pages are useful and spot abuse. We do not try to identify individual visitors from them.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site itself does not need cookies to work. If we enable privacy-friendly analytics, it will only measure aggregated traffic such as page views and referrers. The partner platform you visit after clicking a button may set its own cookies, including affiliate cookies that record that you arrived from rushchat.live. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

6. Affiliate redirects

Buttons on the Site lead to the path /go, which redirects you to GoLove AI with a referral code attached. The code tells the partner that the visit came from us so that a commission can be attributed if you sign up or purchase. The redirect does not pass any personal information about you from us to the partner.

7. Why we process data

We process the limited technical data above on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure, working website and understanding its overall use. We do not use it for profiling, automated decision-making or targeted advertising, and we do not sell it.

8. Who receives data

Technical data is handled by our hosting and content-delivery providers acting on our behalf, and by an analytics provider if one is enabled. We may disclose information where the law requires it, for example in response to a valid court order, or where necessary to protect the Site, its visitors or others from harm.

9. How long we keep it

Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting and are then deleted or anonymised by the hosting provider. Any email you send us is kept until your request is resolved and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and California privacy law, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you, to object to or restrict processing, and to receive a copy of your data. Because we hold so little, most requests can be answered quickly. Write to support@rushchat.live; you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Minors

The Site is for adults only and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly process data about minors. If you believe a minor has contacted us, email support@rushchat.live and we will delete the message.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the Site or the law changes; the date at the top shows the latest version. For any privacy question, contact support@rushchat.live.
