1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of rushchat.live (“the Site”), operated under the name Rush Chat. By opening or using any page of the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please close the Site. Contact: support@rushchat.live.

2. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age to view adult material in your country or region. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that viewing such material is lawful where you are. We may block access if we have reason to believe these conditions are not met.

3. What the Site is

The Site is an informational landing page. It describes, in general terms, an adult AI companion service run by a third party, GoLove AI, and links to it. Rush Chat does not run an AI chat service, does not host conversations and does not create user accounts.

4. No connection to Rushchat.ai

Rush Chat on rushchat.live is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Rushchat.ai or any business using a similar name. Any similarity of names is not an indication of a relationship. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. Affiliate relationship

Links on the Site are affiliate links. If you register or pay on the partner platform after clicking one, we may receive a commission. This does not change the price you pay. Your relationship with the partner, including payments, subscriptions, refunds and account issues, is solely between you and the partner under their terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or republish the Site in bulk without written permission;
• interfere with the Site’s operation, security or hosting;
• use the Site to promote or seek content involving minors, real people without consent, or anything unlawful;
• misrepresent your age or identity to access the Site.

7. Content and images

Text on the Site is written by Rush Chat. Images of people are AI-generated illustrations of fictional adults and do not depict real individuals. Persona names and descriptions on the Site are examples and may not match characters available on the partner platform.

8. Intellectual property

The Site’s layout, text, graphics and logo are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

9. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep descriptions of the partner service accurate, but features, prices and availability are set by the partner and can change without notice. We make no promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Rush Chat is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or of any third-party service reached through it, including loss of data, money or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page; the date above shows when it was last updated. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
